The perfect Egg timer

Great app, but it would be nice if the altitude slider goes up to at least 4000 m in case you ever find yourself in, say, Quito, Bogota, or La Paz.

Philosophy of boiling an egg is complicated. However, this app needs to be redesigned as it looks small on new iPhones.

I like softboiled eggs. They are difficult to get right. Anyone can do a hard boiled egg. This app has never failed. The eggs are perfect.

Very nice app, but the timer dose not run in the background if you answer the phone or change to another app. Could you please fix this with an update. Other than that is is so very accurate, Love it. Thanks Haydn

This works fine if it's all you are doing, but if you switch between other apps, it slows the clock down and it won't report the accurate time. I've added an extra two minutes of cooking time onto it before I noticed what was happening. Shouldn't be hard to fix, so how about an update?

Nice looking app, need more info though, for example do you pinprick the eggs or not, does 'boiling water' mean 'signs of boilage' or 'full bubblage' because when I timed at full boil I got almost hard eggs when they should have runny!! Plus the timer and alarm went off the entire time???? $1.99, nice looking app but still not sure

Leider kein Support mehr auf aktuelle iPhone Modelle. War jahrelang zufriedener Nutzer, leider stimmt die Größenumrechnung bei aktuellen iPhone Modellen nicht mehr und die Eiergröße ist zu klein, d.h. zu kurze Kochzeiten. App ist nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Schade

Funktioniert auf iPhone 14 nicht mehr - Maße des Eis werden falsch erfasst. Demzufolge passt das Ergebnis nicht mehr.

Die App war mal die perfekte Eieruhr. Mittlerweile ist sie offenbar in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zeit, wie lange das Ei benötigt, stimmt nicht mehr. Für ein fast hart gekochtes Ei der Größe L sagt die App, dass 6:39 braucht. Natürlich war das Ei noch flüssig.

Leider hat sich die App bis heute nicht verbessert. Sie klingelt eben nicht. Nur dann, wenn das All fertig ist, was in meinen Augen völlig logisch wäre, sondern sie klingelt zwischendurch noch mehrere Male und verwirrt einen damit. Darüber hinaus ist sie nicht an die aktuellen iPhone Modelle angepasst und zeigt das Bild eines Eis, das mindestens dem eines Gänseeis entspricht, ich werde die App jetzt löschen und eine andere installieren
