Impossible to use account
You are soooooooo difficult to deal with. It’s like using AOL dial-up only with a touch or diarrhea and a large amount of stupid
Old technology and PD doesn’t care to fix it after repeated feedback over years
Pages repeat usually three at a time and happens multiple times throughout each edition. Have reported many times. Just irritating.
Soaking wet
Too wet to even begin to read!!
Are you kidding?
$25 a month to read yesterday’s news? No thank you. The Plain Dealer died when they fired the tenured city reporters. They’re not getting my money ever again.
PD online is great!
Intuitive, logical, easily understood, and consequently exceptionally functional. A rarity for most news - journalism APPs!
New format
Your new format, I lost the top 1” of screen space. I have less screen area than I did before? Can I hide the top 1” to get more screen area? Why did you not tell people a new format was coming Why do you ask us? You don’t care.
New look
The new photography that shows contrast and detail is a cut above any on line reading of news. Excellent photos grace the obituaries page.
PD
Easy to use
Consistently strong
Tough industry to stay that way, but the PD/Cleveland.com have kept quality high. More paid subscribers will help them continue.
