Nice app, missing content
The app itself is good, it’s easy to navigate and use and therefore a good app for a wide audience of people. The issues I’ve encountered however are 1. When booking via a third party the reservation number you get doesn’t work with check in and the reservation number isn’t provided in the email the hotel sends you recommending you download the app. It would make sense for this detail to be in that email. 2. Room service menu is very light. It says day only is only available at one time, night only available at another time but there’s some items that are neither. I assume these are available all the time but it doesn’t specify. 3. When creating an app to order food it is extremely important that you list ALL allergens because it states “for any allergens ask your server” this is for room service, you’re in your room, you can’t ask your server, save the hassle of the guest having to contact anyone... list all allergens and allow the customer to state any allergens they have when ordering.
