I love that I can get texts when my visitors arrive and that I can chat to them in real time!
I am always a fan of new and exciting technology that can be incorporated into a business to help automate or streamline processes. The Receptionist for iPad can meet a majority of those needs. There are constraints with setting up those processes and getting the software to fit your specific and unique needs. I would like to see a checklist option to cut down on navigating and button selection. As a suggestion, it would also be nice to have a signature line field and an option for this to be an iPhone app.
We use this product to handle our front desk arrivals and it works great. Within seconds the appropriate member of our staff is contacted. It streamines office operations and gives us a complete record of who has come in to our office. Love it.

I reviwed a lot of apps and this is the best one. We have been running it at Denovo for 3 months and we love it. The customer support is great. They helped us throught the whole process.
We have been using this app for a few months now and it performs as advertised. Getting people to not be afraid to use the iPad when they visit is another challenge. We have a couple of custom settings, such as multiple people being notified of deliveries, that we had to contact support to help get setup, not sure if there was a FAQ about the solution, but there should be, I didnt loo! Support was however very fast at getting in touch with me and walking me through the changes. There are a few features that we wish we could have, such as custom messaging and notifications that we have submitted requests for, hopefully that will be available on a not so distant revision.
