Slow app.

Have been using the app regularly but my points still remain the same since last June! Why isn’t it credited??

Used to be able to add credit card into app for parking payment. It takes a long time to load but still could. My card recently expired and needed to update. Stuck on loading for a solid 17 minutes before I gave up.

Manual uploading of invoices used to work fine, but now it doesn’t push through. Page is stuck “loading” and the uploads go nowhere.

The app randomly hangs after making a payment thru gcash. Worst is your security guards arrogantly teaching me to wait for app to respond like its my fault that you have a slow application.

Tried this app but so hard to load, use etc. Just return the cashier in the exit so we can pay cash right away. Your booth for the parking payment does not accept new bills 🤮

I’m trying to upload our raffle entries for 2023 but it keeps on saying “ failed”even though I followed and complied with all instructions. The app itself is super slow, clicking one button will take you 15-30 seconds to load even with fast internet. Even re-installing the app will not fix it. 💀Waste of time.
