Terrible, yeah you get paid apps but only 7 & 9 free to air channels. It’s made for America, not us in oz. They’ve put me on a very slow information to get my money back, delay delay, so now I can’t get a refund. $80 down the drain. I’m an old age pensioner. Can’t get over this over site. Deeply disappointed.

This app is so much better other Roku apps because on the other ones you have to pay to get to the apps but this one naur its free

Great sound and picture but………. Only Australian apps available for streaming are 9Now and 7Plus. No other choices. No ABC, no SBS, no Channel 10. Not even a web browser! I can’t believe Kogan let this go to the Australian market without these basic apps. If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn’t have bought this tv. I have had good products from Kogan before, but this is a Shocking fail!!!!!

I have experienced other services with why less products and complicated to use, it is amazing how easy and valued products are available, I highly recommend it.

Usually a good app, but appears today it has had a number of updates making some of its simple functions more difficult to get to, and it has crashed 4 times in the last hour. Also appears to heat up the phone quite significantly. I don’t need pops and extra features, just the remote will do.

Hi There is zero parental control for “channel” like YouTube…. You can not set access restriction. (Roku problem) You can not set time restriction. (Roku problem) You can not prevent child switching profiles (googles problem) So I guess I have to delete YouTube because that’s the only restriction I can do is block installing apps “channels” Also adding channel 7 took more than 30 re-download attempts because it kept having a error even after tv reset and there is no way to clear the data cahce that was obviously causing the error. I’m not sure what I did to successfully get it to work after it failed so many times after downloading.

Lost remote trying to connect with app and it won’t let me reset the wifi so annoying

I’m in Australia, no idea if this is relevant to the fact that this app requires higher maintenance than my partner. Works well in the morning, gets totally confused as the day passes, to the point where I have to delete and download again. I’ll keep my man, this app however,, bye

Can’t get SBS on demand or 10play even though I am in Australia

Fantastic app. Love the ability to be able to listen through wireless headphones. It’s very easy to navigate and runs seamlessly
