A great app for a wonderful band❤️ love you guys❤️

Since the initial rollout last summer, some of my problems with the app have been fixed; notifications work better and we can now zoom in on photos, for example. However, there is still a LOT that needs improving. There is still no way to edit or delete posts. There needs to be a way to view your premium membership information (such as start date and payment info) within the app as well as a way to cancel it in app. However, the biggest issue is the total lack of moderation in the chat section. The bullying among the fans that is allowed to continue has made it so many Black Roses feel unsafe using the app that was supposed to be a safe space for them. The amount of overtly explicit sexual content about the members was totally unexpected and has reached the point of harassment in my opinion. I thought the point of this app was to bring Black Roses together, not constantly read about other fans’ sexual fantasies about the Rose and the subsequent bullying when us fans try to moderate ourselves. This app NEEDS active moderators to handle the harassment in order to protect fans as well as the Rose members themselves. It is absolutely insane that an app to facilitate communication between fans and their artist has no form of moderation to serve as a much needed boundary.

I’m a new fan and am thrilled that they have their own app. It’s in its beginning stages so some things are lacking but it is a breath of fresh air compared to the OTHER large platform.🙃😶 If you can the membership is worth it but w/o you still have access to alot. So far most ppl have been kind and welcoming and just lovely. The livestreams are hilarious and I’m happy to be on this Rose journey. ❤️🌹

I love the app! Easy to navigate and feels like a direct link to The Rose. Probably not for everyone, but I think it’s perfect for the target audience. I am reading comments about the cost, but I think they upfront and very transparent about it. It feels home grown, which is appealing to me!

Unless you have premium, you can’t post, can’t see what the meme here post. Some other things that require you to be a premium brose if you’d like to enjoy the app so not so fun.

to he completely honest i was not expecting the app to be this amazing its so easy to navigate and well put together im so happy because the rose has been my favorite band for a a while and now i can communicate (and maybe buy a light stick😁) <3

A few bugs, but the app is beautiful and I’m so excited to be able to connect with black roses on one platform.

I love the app and the concept behind it. The app is very easy to maneuver due to its simplicity. It’s a great way to communicate with The Rose!
