The Sandsara App

The latest update just hangs up, even when the phone shows it is connected.

Была проблема, что не сразу происходил коннект в первый раз. Приложение простое и понятное. Сама Sandsara работает так как и показано на видео магазина, очень медитативно, успокаивает. Желаю развития проекту

It does not follow the pattern on the screen, your unit will lock out after awhile, you have to use the app to reset the unit in order for it to run again. They obviously has no QA proccess before version gets published . Selling this item for $800 with such an app is rediculous!! You can find similar ones for $200 on Amazon.

You can turn it on and off. But no new patterns are being used. You add to playlist and the playlist is empty. Worthless.

I find this app frustrating to use because the control response is so sluggish. I tap a button and there’s little indication that it registered my touch from the app and the Sandsara machine. For example the power icon will turn off and pause my Sandsara, but not turn back on when I tap the power icon again. The Sandsara stops drawing the next pattern. That’s another complaint I have is that both the app and Sandsara refuses to continue drawing patterns. It’ll finish one pattern and then completely turn off. I’ve tried to reduce the pause in-between feature and even tried to deactivate it, but my Sandsara continues to do nothing after finishing a pattern. I have to keep manually getting it to start, which is NOT how the product was advertised.

Disappointed. This app doesn’t show the patterns being made, and doesn’t allow me to add new patterns even though it shows them as available to add. I click add to playlist…but it doesn’t give me the option to even make a playlist. It barely communicates at all. The older app at least provided basic functionality…as glitchy as it was. Even the “power” button doesn’t work. The ONLY benefit to this new app is the increased light customization. I have no idea why that seems to be the only working aspect of this.
