What is Soul Care you ask?

In simple terms, it's self care, but deeper.

It is a practise of nurturing, healing and connecting in all four bodies - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually using the innate power of yoga.

Why do we do it?

Because as you nurture into each body, you naturally start improving yourself. And when we improve ourselves, everything around us starts improving.
