The Summer Smash

It was my first time going this year and it wasn’t a good experience. I had bought a cooler and put food and cold drinks in it and I was told by the employees I couldn’t go to my car. Another problem was there was no service so I couldn’t check the map to know where to go. So the whole experience wasn’t the best but they might be better next year.

not sure where to complain but here seems fine. What is the point of having an app if literally none of your festival goers can even access it because of the area being an absolute DEADZONE. And the “free wi-fi” was a joke, it did not work for ANYONE i talked to. So many people are literally left stranded at the venue because of the lack of preparation for this amass of people. You can’t order an uber or lyft, or if you get lucky enough you have to memorize the license plate and hope you can find your car in the 6+ lines of ride share area because of the lack of service to even access the app. I’ve been to the venue before for large events and have never had such a horrible experience. it was a nightmare.

OK I LOVE THIS APP but.Its missing ice spice. On the website it says that ice spice will be there but she isn’t I checked and looked no we’re to be seen pls fix this

I would recommend this app to those that is their first time going , I would recommend getting there early and waiting out the line cause it’s getting packed . This app helps you understand and know when or who is performing and gives you the details
