The Ticket Factory Wallet

Downloaded the app and immediately upon opening, it requests Bluetooth access saying that it is required to use the app when you get to the venue. According to the instructions your ticket is just a QR code so can’t see why the venue would need Bluetooth access for that. I’m immediately suspicious about that so have disabled it. Didn’t have any issues logging in like other users have reported though.

Crashes when I attempt to log in on first start up. Going back to website.

Awful application! It’s as bad as people say, if not worse!! You think they would’ve fixed it by now!!

The app doesn’t work. After I’ve logged in I just get a grey screen. No loading page or anything. Very disappointing, especially when the ticket confirmation emails don’t seem to come with the option of adding tickets to your wallet now either.

I click create account and I just get a grey screen

Download the App and then jump though hoops to register and then login and nothing Wise up!!!!!

Can’t review app as unable to get past sign in page, screen goes blank and stays there

I already have a ticket factory account but it’s not letting me in to my account with this app, can you sort this asap guys please?

Tickets don’t show, app is poor. Used the same details and tickets have not been connected. Need to be fixed
