App tut was sie soll. Ich lese täglich meine Ausgabe der Times mit dieser App - auf iphone oder ipad. Einzig das Herunterladen der pdf Version ist sehr umständlich und langwierig. Das haben andere Presse Apps besser gelöst.

Subscription policy
I can’t tell that the content provided by the agency is poor. On the contrary, it’s quite good. But there is no any bottom to cancel your subscription neither on the app or on the website. So, you must call them to cancel your subscription that it’s impossible for me since I don’t have a British phone number.
Why no widget?
Contents great! Great research, wealthy information, I really enjoy reading it. But I rarely read it because my other daily newspapers have a widget that offers me interesting articles. Why does is it that the Times comes without one? Please, please introduce it. Otherwise I only read the Times when I'm sitting in the waiting room for a really long time, and that's actually a shame.
Comments don’t work
and customer service couldn’t care less. Very disappointing!
Fonts size just horrible
I have checked the setting, it’s on small. But I can read the edition from a distance without my spectacles, the whole screen is filled. It seems to change, when I set the iPad basic setting on very small. But that would mean to change the setting every time I want to go to another web site. Just very uncomfortable to use. The Lay-out us such is not so bad, but the font size is very annoying….
Not yet perfect
The app provides a nice interface with easy navigation. However, as I like to listen to music while reading it is quite annoying that the music stops whenever an ad is displayed. Other news apps like NYT or Washington Post don't do this.

Really well set up app. As an ex pat I find it brilliant value and good to keep in touch with everything in the UK.
Connection issues
Love the content but about 70% of the time when I access the app on my iPhone I just get a blank screen. I then have to turn my phone off and on. 50% of the Time it then works. If not I have to do it again. Very annoying and all my updates are up to date. Not sure what I’m paying for?
Constantly fails ... ‚unable to download edition‘ since weeks now.
Tried several updates but bugs not fixed. Shame. Content is good on the rare occasions I can read it.
