If you’d like to submit a complaint and use that “there is a problem” button it does not work you click it and nothing happens :( how does somebody submit a complaint or to request feedback? I would like to suggest to login with all phishing and smsishing going on right now.

This is definitely a scam app. There won’t be any other reason to explain why it only takes your credit card info but never send you any payment confirmation or your trip history.

It shouldn’t be difficult to understand if you have a positive balance or negative balance. You should also easily put money on or take money back. It seems maliciously unintuitive. I am very disappointed.

Don’t download this app and pay the fake toll. It’s a scam. If you already paid just freeze your card and get a new one replaced at your bank.

Doesn’t work

Website doesn’t work, app doesn’t work, changed the site and now nothing works. The developers are clearly incompetent. But they get a cut. Hopefully, AI will one day make them redundant.

kind of suspicious they ask for credit card information before there is ever any confirmation that a charge needs to be made. They claim the transponder is free but still require payment details for the free transponder? WEIRD. They are not even able to show if any current tolls are due before asking for payment details.

Love this app helps keep track of toll fees. Also customer service is excellent I had to call them twice since I’m new to Fastrak and using the express lanes. Both times fast response and friendly service.
