I loved the YouTube version and thought I would support this teacher by upgrading. As with the previous review I get no volume on the app. Big fix??? Would give a 5 star for the teacher but the app is useless without sound.

I don’t know how some of you guys rated this app as useless. I can’t find one single error with the app. Everything is just perfect. I downloaded the free version and it behaved flawlessly then I bought the pro version. So far so good.

Useless. No audio on the videos.

I like this app but if you have trouble with the sound just make sure the ringer on your phone is turned on. The sound won’t work with the ringer on silent mode.

Cannot see the chord names at all thanx to the camera notch at the top of the screen on the iPhone 11. How this escaped the developers I have no idea , makes the app pretty much worthless .

I just downloaded on this on iPad & iPhone. At first no sound, swiped down to controls and tapped the chime bell (silent mode on) and it works. Also good on the iPhone phone with rigger up. Ok hear I go..

I don’t hear anything! Is there a problem with the app or is it my phone??

Putting this here because apparently the email address given above is nonexistent... I bought the pro version of the app this past fall. I got a new iPhone recently and apparently I have to buy it again. I have the same Apple ID, so shouldn’t the purchase carry over to my new phone? I enjoy the app, but I’m not paying for it a second time. Is there a way I can get the pro version again without paying?
