So far all it seems to be doing is saving as svg but appears as an image? No difference in the quality so doesn’t seem to be vectorised

I picked this up when it was free on the App Store and I was incredibly satisfied with how useful it was. I’ve since gotten a new iPhone, the app was migrated across, yet when I try to restore my license on the app it doesn’t let me. Thus, I can now no longer use the app. Why give a dog a bone if you’re just going to take it away?
Not happy with quality
This is advertised as free with in-app purchases but you have to sign up to a week free then you have to pay. You can’t access anything unless you agree to this. Going to delete this for false advertising.
Says it converts to SVG but you waste time downloading to find yet another subscription app.
Hello I haven’t been able to convert one file to DXF. I tried source files as SVG, png. It simply gives me errors from your server/engine, and sends the errors to Vector Converter portal app. I’m a little disparaged as this (DXF)was the reason I bought the app. Does it convert to DXF? If not could I have a refund please?
app just crashes very time I opening please fix the problem
Says it is free but is actually £35 per year.
Have to pay for the functionally I wanted. Had to download to find that out.
Please can you work on the user interface, maybe include an image preview. It is functional but the experience could be better. A lot of the icons lead to the in built help system, but if it was well designed it would not need this. Start again, think about what the user needs to do most often and base the interface around that. Big clear visual prompts are better than small icons on a mobile UI.
