Played this game for months and I couldn’t log in to the game for two days due to a life or death situation at work. Came back and found that the clan I built for two months was gone. The game support was terrible . I regret playing this game. I feel disgusted to have known about this. I feel disgusted to have ever played this. Thanks for nothing. This is what happens when greedy devs create a game with no touch of empathy. Thanks for robbing me of some small joy I had at work.

This game used to be amazing equal and fair matchmaking according to you league on how much you have spent , now they have changed everything to please the spenders , removed a game called Los and made all the Low spenders as feeds for the whales , completely frustrating, Download only if you can spend 2000$ per weak to outmatch them , otherwise your just a feed for the whales no amount of skill will help you , Time to find a new game !

I am highly disappointed since the last updates now we somewhat get only 10 or 15 fragments of legendary survivors while some time ago we can get 50 fragments.. it’s totally unfair to f2p players who want to have 5 or more star characters. Please change it back

Unable to launch gane using jio wifi or mobile data even though its 100mbps speed. Whereas game is opening properly with 3g mobile data of other networks. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game still same issue seems some server problem with jio data Can you please check this

After playing for days now the game is not opening it throws error “failed to download update files check your network error code 10001”

App is always crashing. Too bad experience. Also contact GM not working.

can't play using mobile network even its 4g. This game only works if you are connected to a wifi. Please fix this issue and I will update the rating.

Hey i am playing this game when it starts, i gave a lot of my time to reach the level 25 and now it’s saying that I can’t login because my character is restricted, please solve this issue asap my name in the game is (Zahen) I will wait for your response and I hope you can understand the value of a day in the game.

Kindly do the selection of team at ‘survivors at war’ through the fighter tier and not town level. This is an interesting game but when you make this so partial towards higher tier players there is no room for anyone to win who has lower tier fighters. Entire time we just end up exhausting our resources in healing the fighters and defeated at last. Kindly action this.
