The Y in Central Maryland

The app worked for about a week. Then it started opening to a white screen and now I have to delete the app, redownload it and reset preferences each time I want to use it! Can you PLEASE fix this?!

You have to kill and reload this app every other time. If you stop to take a call, or do something ANYTHING else or otherwise leave the app and come back… well “the white screen of death!!” No menu, no info, no back, no nothing. You MUST kill and reload the app. So frustrating AND THE SCHEDULE IS A JOKE!! they are constantly having camps and other things clearly planned months in advance that never appear on the schedule until you arrive and find everything closed. They simply don’t care!!

I downloaded the app to be able to easily check the schedule since the Y refuses to provide paper schedules to the membership. If you direct members to use the app, then make sure it works! I download it and it works for a couple days and then I have to delete it and download again. This is the same for both the IPAD and IPHONE. If you can’t provide a reliable app then hand out paper schedules which always work.

The app won’t load

Download it, looks great, I can check the schedules everyday, then recommend it to others. But, when I using it again, it is totally white screen, nothing shows up. Many times, I have to delete it and redownload it, this is terrible.

This app used to work great on a consistent basis. Over the past week it is blank. Once deleted and reinstalled it works but the next time it is blank. Cannot see the class schedules.

Love the Y but the app is horrendous. I have to delete and then reinstall every single time I want to use it, and that’s boy even a guaranteed fix that it will work.

Freezes. Can’t change locations or see schedules. App has been reinstalled multiple times.

Love the Y hate the app. I have to delete and reload it at least once a week. It freezes up for no apparent reason. No upgrades in a year. Yikes!
