This app is just terrible. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max and the app is not the correct screen ratio for the slightly larger screen size, in turn skewing where all the buttons, cursors, clicks operate on the app making it 100% useless. As a sales rep who relies on this daily I hope something will be done about this ASAP considering this phone has no been out for a month and still no update to fix the issue.
Just riddled with bugs and/or bad UI. For a company (TheCRM) that prides themselves on tech/AI, and being a leader in CRMs, this app is laughable. You can tell it’s an afterthought for them at this point.
It is the only CRM that has all the features built in vs the others bolted on with 3rd party vendors
This is the best CRM app I have used at my dealership. Love the ability to scan drivers licenses and vin barcodes to upload data into the system.
With more than 20 years in the auto business, this is the worst CRM I have ever used on the market and I have used some really bad ones. If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away!
This app does not even deserve one star. Extremely difficult to use, mainly in sending photos through email.
Won’t update real time texts or emails from customers. Won’t send text messages from mobile apps and is always slow to respond and has lots of glitches. Needs Updates badly to actually be functional
This app is suppose to help me contact my customers when I am not near my computer. It won’t let me type in the keyboard several times. There is always an error message. Also, sometimes it won’t even open an email or text from my customers. It needs to get UPDATED big time
