My Thekking has something wrong.
Yesterday I have downloaded the app, and follow all process. I watched lots of ads and converted pink stars to hearts. That’s no problem. Unfortunately today I can’t log in my Thekking. It shown that “An unknown error has occurred”. I fried to log in so many times but nothing happen. Please help. Thank you
App doesn’t work well.
For the votings, a that I like group did not get the award for the billboard and ad in NewYork Time square even after the fans spending their OWN money for the hearts. . And the awards sometimes are not given and when I do missions and when I do contact customer survive they didn’t let me get the hearts for my missions.

I DON’T LIKE THE NEW UPDATE
The free pink charging for watching ads was rewarded to us 5 pinks every ads, 30times/hr. Now, they changed it to ONLY 3 pinks and 40times/hr. How frustrating.
My account can’t be accessed anymore
My account via google log-in can’t be accessed anymore and I don’t know what happened. It just got logged out suddenly and when I am trying to access it again, I always been lead on to the sign-up page rather than to log-in in my account. The pink stars (around 8k) that I accumulated for this account just so I can use for kking time could not be used anymore since I could not access the said account. The app doesn’t have any contact information to get an assistance for this; and even if they have sns account, the message option is not open. This app just wasted my time by watching those ads for nothing 🤬
