Themis Bar Review

Though the app has the basic functions (lectures, outlines and quizzes), it doesn’t support multitasking on iOS 12which is a bit frustrating when it comes to taking notes alone with reading the outlines. In addition, there isn’t any basic PDF reader functions when it comes to highlighting or making notes in the outline. It would be great if you can export outlines to PDF readers or note taking apps. Would appreciate if there’re more comprehensive functionality on the app like the desktop version.

Nothing seems to be in order. Syncing doesn’t always work. Couldn’t load final review outlines. For the money we spend on these programs, you’d expect an app that at least moderately works. It’s also ugly.

I love Themis for studying but can’t get the app to work on my phone. It really would be cool if I were able to study while in waiting rooms/on the bus/etc.

This app needs serious adjustments to make it more intuitive and user-friendly. Maybe check out other highly-rated educational apps for ideas.

Need picture in picture mode otherwise not useful.

My internet is out so I tried using the site on browser with mobile data and the practice questions won’t open. So I downloaded the app and it doesn’t even have the practice questions/exams.

You cannot turn flashcards back over... are you kidding. Useless

The Themis app is pretty useless. You can do maybe 15% of the tasks/activities you can do on the website. All this app is good for is watching the lectures essentially. Don’t try to use it as a portable replacement for the website.

The flash cards completely disappeared. A week before the bar exam. Freaking unbelievable.

The all logs me out frequently; you can’t do split screen on iPad while watching videos; you can’t search within the full length outlines; the drills or dashboard aren’t included; and none of the final review outlines are actually uploaded.
