App is easy to use, saves previous orders so that it takes me less than 30 seconds to reorder food for my cat, delivery is so fast usually same day, and they send updates so you know when it’s been dispatched. Great prices and great service, I’ve ordered so many times. Highly recommend!

They constantly make mistakes with orders, they may not put what you ordered, or put something else, then they demand money for what you have already paid for, they waste your time and nerves.
It is the worst company for pet products. Delivery is delayed and they give incorrect information to the driver. The communication service is very weak. I will not repeat my purchase from them. 👎🏻

No complaints about the company, but the older version of the app was more stable! Please fix your bugs. There are so many issues with the mobile app. Every now and then I encounter a new issue. Improve your QA tests.
