Wish I could give it zero stars! I like Therapie the company and use their treatments first off! However the app is the worst I’ve come across of any apps in any area! It isn’t intuitive, doesn’t seem to have up to date availability for any treatments so you have to call anyway and constantly crashes and logs you out. I’ve been logged out for months and unable to get back in as it says my email and info is wrong (it’s not) and it won’t let me rest when I try the “forgot password”. Honestly, don’t bother downloading. Call for appt availability.

Don’t trust staff tell you full chest when start say stomach not included because separate parts and after asking more money don’t waste money kent

i love getting my treatment here because the staff is lovely and its very easy to get here by bus or car 😊

The app has logged me out and won’t allow me to login again. It keeps asking me to select pictures with bicycles and cars etc and then I get a notification that my password or email are wrong. It doesn’t send an email to change my password when I try to change the password. Something is very wrong with the app.

Every time I try to do anything digital with this company, whether that’s use the app or website or online questionnaires, the recaptcha is absolutely ridiculous and I can’t ever get through it! You sit there for 10 mins pressing bloody buttons with cars & yet still can’t get through. You get through then you have to reset your password because it has “expired” (I only created my account a week ago!) and low and behold… there’s the recpatcha. Again. App deleted.

Older version was better, could manage multiple appointments at once. Also, it shows dates available, once you click on book it says the slot is no longer available.

This app doesn’t really do much at all. As previous reviewers have said, it’s not straightforward to amend bookings and rearrange appointments at all. I end up having to go to the store to do it which isn’t ideal obviously. It regularly logs you out and then won’t accept your password. I rang up and discussed in store and was told they don’t deal with the app so to email instead. I eventually reset password and I notes it down to make sure it did not keep happening and ensure it wasn’t me doing it wrong … it keeps happening. I did the recent update and it doesn’t work. Again I can’t log in. I try to reset password and it won’t send the validation code I need. I have tried a number of times and even messages them again but no reply yet … all I wanted to do was check my appointment times. It’s tedious and annoying to have to go through this every few weeks.

I booked my treatments two months ago but because of the app reset password function (which doesn’t work) I’m stuck trying to get access to my account. I’ve tried calling but the line is always engaged or you get cut off mid conversation. It shouldn’t be this hard to book appointments and the whole experience has put me off booking with Therapie ever again. They were quick to call you daily for money but when you need help they ignore your calls, emails and WhatsApp messages. Please sort out customer logins!!! It really isn’t good customer service and if I reset a password, the verification to my email should be instant, but it never appears!
