Everything is a great idea but when I use a template I can’t read parts like the left is cut off
Just what I needed
My psychiatrist wanted something for me to track my moods and triggers for my PTSD, anxiety, depression and self harm. I haven’t found anything we both can easily understand and I can keep track of until i found this by random. Such a simple and awesome gem!
Taking my healing in my own hands
What I enjoy about this app is that it is simple to use. From utilizing the the various templates and being able to share it with my therapist if I choose to. The templates allow me to go through structured journaling allowing me to process my thoughts.
