A really solid app. Adding devices is simple and straightforward. The UI is simple, easy to use, responsive. You can automate turning your devices on/off. What else can you ask for. Brilliant job.

UFH control is easy to use in the app and great to set events (time & heat) BUT after you make settings it just changes randomly to something completely different! The only thing it’s good for is remotely switching the stat on/off

This app just doesn’t work. It does not react at all.

The interaction between the thermos and the app is extremely sporadic. This is technology from the past. Flaky and unreliable. Seems to be firmware related - pls pls pls sort it out. The options re timers are awful, can’t set it on fo a certain time from now, and the “events” are ridiculous. Very poor user experience.

Opening this app makes playing audio (Spotify/Audible etc) stop. Why? Also: the icons on the main page should show current temp, not always 22.5. And there really should be an API - I’d love to automatically turn the floors off/down when power fails and the Powerwall takes over.

Possibly one of the worst apps I’ve had the misfortune to use. Pathetic functionality that struggles to work in any way remotely effectively. For a purported high end under-floor heating system of this quality and cost, to be paired with a control system like this, beggars belief. Come on guys, you really need to get this working properly.

Heating schedules don’t save and revert to ridiculous settings like 25 degrees, which is extremely wasteful. Can’t put the whole home on holiday mode and have to set it for each thermostat individually. Very poor user interface overall and infuriating to use.

I’ve up graded to WiFi underfloor heating stats. I’m in the merchant business, so I’ve lots to choose from, I hear all feedback from customers, about the products we sell. It’s nearly always positive for thermogroup products. As this is a new stat to the market, for thermogroup so there was much feedback to get. On opening the packaging, it had a Apple or Nest look and feel to it. The product was well packed and displayed. A very simple product to fit. Comes in 2 parts the electric wire back box, and front lcd controller. Once wired in, it’s a 2 minute job to get it connected to your wireless internet system. It’s works on dual band system, which makes life easier. I wouldn’t have any issues recommending this product to my customers!!
