The BYJU’S app keeps saying unauthorised device....

Only online class work other than that there are bugs while I give test, I can’t choose more than one option in some questions (which are able to be answered more than one option), please fix all the bugs. My subscription ends within 1 month and then it doesn’t activated again, I always have to change numbers.

Not able to see timetable or classes. No proper response from the helplines..all just pass the buck

I paid 77K for the online 4 years course along with device! So far I’ve not received the device or Kit. Sales team were so so good they were very successful in convincing me in this trap. Inspire of knowing the news of this organisation, I went ahead trusting though at least there will be knowledge base which might have already created all they have to do is pass it on to us, thought nothing would impact delivering this. The classes they conduct is in mass of 60-70 students. Now I’m asking for refund, sales person says he left organisation. Customer care nos not reachable. Might have to go for consumer court now for this cheating!

App is not getting opened

I have been 1 year using this app but in my second year this app is now very useless . I have given fees to them for 3 years but the 1st year was smooth , now it’s the starting of 2nd year and I have purchased English , Maths , Science , SsT but they are now only teaching Eng and SST that too twice in a week (Sunday and Tuesday) there fore I request the developer to refund my money. Or to teach all the subjects like previous year (ie 8 classes in a week) If there was a option of no stars I would give that

They are currently running a scam on the name of education once you get in their trap your money is just gone in water so instead of putting money on them invest your money elsewhere it would atleast be beneficial for you never trust their agents they are all thieves

BYJU’S is sooooooo good.I don’t care that it sometimes lag.the games like milk factory is soooo funny And fun.BYJU’S. will be far in life

I buy Byjus for my kid and I paid all dues of them but the loan is active till date I have all amount to they on 11 January 2023 they also adding interest in it and harassing me. In rs. 46000 they gave me offline card and tab totally dum product tab is not working MMC card in 46000. I complaint several time but no response totally fraud fraud
