The app has been excellent but I can never understand why new updates only work on new iOS versions and not the old, we all don’t buy the pastiest phones

Good but can improve
Excellent
This app has everything you'd need in a concise version of its PC parent application. Plenty of supporting indicators that help make the decision to trade if away from home. Use it as a stop gap only however as most of your research should still be done from the more extensive home PC platform. Well done to the developers. Adrian.

Still the Best platform for me.
Keep messing with the platform, it's not rubbish yet.
Since thinkorswim was sold the budget for "development" was increased hugely whether it was required or not! "if it ain't broken, don't fix it" was not taken on board and more unnecessary bells and whistles were added to the detriment of reliability. I now dread the sometimes daily updates that we must accept in order to use the platform. I was happy with the platform two years ago but now I have lost confidence in it's reliability. Happily, I have an IB account which works ALL the time, even after updates! Thinkorswim TD Ameritrade is not rubbish yet, but it looks like that it will only take a few more weeks of updates to get there. I am sorry to see what was once a robust and reliable platform turned into a fancy shambles.
The mobile app has too many bugs
Cost basis tax lot selections , roll option contracts and so many other basic features have tons of bugs and very horrible customer support tool is becoming highly inefficient these days
Constant bugs
When it works, it pretty good. The desktop version hasn’t worked well for weeks now. Constantly locks up and has to restart. If it doesn’t get fixed soon, it will be time to move on to a different broker.
Too many problems to list
They are now forcing iOS16 update which makes this app useless to most users!!!!!!!!!!!! They already stopped us non-iOS 16 users from using the Schwab app! Charles Swab is it really worth it to you to lose customers just so Apple can force obsolescence? Athens Soso Please do not update this app so it requires iOS 16.Following our iOS 16 issues the Apple will not correct because they want to sell new hardware even tho older hardware works great even with the latest iOS when they allow it but if they allowed it then they couldn't force people buy new hardware. Known issues with iOS 16 the Apple will not correct and were put in intentionally. It's a form of forced obsolescence. Known issues: UI lag AirPlay issues Touch ID and Face ID issues Safari issues Battery life problems Issues with the Mail app iMessage issues GPS issues Problems with AirDrop Spotlight problems Data transfer issues Camera issues Wi-Fi problems App Store problems Bluetooth problems CarPlay issues Lockups, freezes, and crashes iOS 15 works great with your app as well as the Charles Swab app that is until they change the Charles Swab app requirements to iOS 16. It is not a security related issues if you have iOS 15.3 or lower. 10/13/2022 Main problem the app does not represent true data when it comes to your account. The app can give miss leading data. Last time I did short selling it did not show my shorts I had to resort to the Ameritrade app and the website to see them. This is not good. Useful column headings are left out in critical areas. I have filed all these issues through the Td Ameritrade web site and through the thinkorswim support, they told me to use the Td Ameritrade on the web
Constant Crashing
This app crashes on My 8th generation iPad every time I try to log in. I tried deleting it & reinstalling, but same thing. I use this app on My iPhone & like it a lot, so would love to have it on My iPad too.
