Impossible to use without trying 10 times

Really easy to use and surprisingly fun!!

Within few hours of uploading my documents I got an alert from my bank for attempts of unauthorised transactions and trying to update my personal bank details, scary.

This is a horrible and invasive piece of software.

What a load of complications- particularly when I have already submitted everything to solicitor

Update. Works fine if you prepare thoroughly. I downloaded a free NFC checking app to make sure my phone would read the chip in my passport. Highly recommend this as it is how I discovered the Airdrop issue. Get the documents you need in pdf format in a location you can easily access on your phone before starting the process. Seemples! I spent over three hours trying to work out why my iPhone 15 pro would not scan my passport chip. Eventually, I discovered it was one of the settings under Airdrop. I had set Airdrop to work with contacts only having read about problems with privacy and security on public transport. The NFC scanner will not work unless Airdrop gives access to everyone! So much for being security conscious. You really need to fix this!

Insists on having a review. Had to enter address 4 times to prevent it “correcting” it to a wrong address

ID check useless as it asks to reduce glare on passport when there is no way to do so because the passport has a plastic cover on the picture which, guess what, is reflective.

This is the most rubbish app I have ever used. It nerf works , my soldier cab download my report, I can’t upload documents as it gives errors. You call customer service and they always seem to on holidays. And when you get in touch they say nothing is wrong and have 0 experience in helping clients. They clearly got a gov contract through a Tory party

I would avoid any company that uses this app to provide verification. Why it cannot be a website and not an app, I fail to understand. They also have a comment, ‘use someone else’s device’ if you don’t have one themselves, for a company all about security, it’s a bit of a joke.
