Purchased the original Tagonce several years ago, impressed and have them on a total of 6 pieces of luggage. COVID resulted in no travel, just started again and the Tagonce is morphed into THNX, downloaded the new app and with quick help from customer support retrieved the original profile log on, so now all original tags are in operation again. super easy to set up a profile and to update each and every journey. A great item that gives additional peace of mind about locating any list luggage- so far never had any lost luggage - but recent issues at Heathrow with luggage systems make locating delayed luggage more reassuring
