Lack of choice of food outlets in my area
It does work, but the layout is poor and it doesn’t geo link rewards to vendors so if you don’t know about a reward it won’t actively tell you and you have to search for it.
I love Three network and the offers on Three+ but the app itself isn’t great. It’s OK most of the time but at random times it decides it doesn’t want to let you log in. Then you have to get in touch which is hard work, and you’re usually met with someone who is not well trained. A lengthy process getting in touch, repeating information over and over. It’s not just me either, my whole family have this app and they often have sign-in issues. We have biometric sign-in which recognises us, but then it’s just an error. And it won’t allow you to sign-in with a password either. Then sometimes it will just start working again without getting in touch, no rhyme or reason to it. It’s been like this for a couple of years or so now. I don’t know why they can’t fix this issue.
Amazing discounts
What is the point of this app when there are never any codes available. Seriously considering leaving Three mobile in the next few days as their ‘rewards’ are pretty much non existent.
Ironically, they emailed me, inviting me to marvel at their incredible rewards. I duly opened the app and the wheels dropped off straightaway when I tried to claim a reward (about which there was little information anyway). Pretty poor from a high tech comms company. Either do it properly or leave it to O2.
Easy to use even for me who I’m not very good with new apps
Been with 3 for over 10 years it’s turned into the worst experience of my life save your money go somewhere else
Biggest joke of an app. Had the code ready to scan for the Nero voucher and it just logs me out refusing to log back in displaying all kinds of errors with poor messaging so I have no idea what’s actually wrong. Ended up having to pay full price, what’s the point.
