I can’t register to the app it says oops the details are incorrect which they are not I have looked at every website nothing works

This app is expired and to access account need another app. Why this app is still in apple store?

Have bought a voucher to top up but the app refuses to allow it and insists I upgrade first then won’t let me ? taken the money? So I guess that’s it. Not impressed at all.

I can neither log in or reset password. It is showing the "sorry we are having technical issue" page

You have to log in every time which is a faff. It does not tell you how many days left. Compared to the GiffGaff one its rather naff and not simple to use.

Never works, there’s always some issue. I can’t even log in now. Please fix this asap

I updated the app today. When I tried to log in, it just keeps asking me to enter my mobile, email address and password again and again. But it simply won’t allow me to log in. It is so stupid.

Three pay easy go app is worse app ever I use in my life, I been trying to register over a hundred times it doesn’t work at all, every time says my phone number is wrong, how can be my number wrong, I pass my to many different people to try but they all can’t. As result of that I lost £35 when I was trying to to up by phone and I’m really disappointed with the service and make me think of leave the network all together. Motahir7

it never saves my cards and sometimes doesn’t even let me put a new one on, such a terrible app

When I needed data for school I called 333 and they asked if I wanted data or cash credit and I asked for data and instead gave me £15 cash credit.
