This app is one of the most frustrating ones to have to use if you are ordering groceries. Can’t even find the option TO order.

I have to click on every individual item to see the price?! No one has that kind of time!

I open the app, which I just updated, and there is nothing there but blank pages. No home page, no flyer , no anything.

Thrifty Foods app is so unreliable. If you’re not having to sign in twice to place an order, then your supposed saved list just totally disappeared. It’s terribly frustrating and no one can ever help.

You think you have added to the cart or list and nothing shows up. Hard to navigate, not intuitive at all. Fine if all you want to do is look something up, although it often lists items completely unrelated to your search.

I’ve have issues and frustrations with this app. When it’s good it’s enjoyable. But recently I’ve not been able to place my orders. I sometimes get my checking out code but…For two weeks now when I go to checkout the app. flicks to three or four different places and then says I have zero in my cart. Today I’m so frustrated with trying to checkout!!

We have had no end of trouble trying to access our Scene card on their app. Thrifty employee told us we could put the card on the Thrifty app. Yes you can but it doesn’t work all the time. Actually neither app works when you are in a Thrifty store. Starting to think they block access to avoid giving you points.

Unusable. Kept logging me out. Did not keep my login credentials, kept asking for my postal code and then told me it could not find a location. Kept shutting down. When I finally finished adding to my cart, which was a painful process because the app is so slow, it would not allow me to check out! I tried repeatedly, and the app froze or logged me out. So disheartening. This app should not even be online. Useless.

When I go to check out the program freezes on me happened to me three times have not been able to get any groceries
