ThriventCU Credit Card

It doesn’t recognize my known user name or pw. When I tried to enroll anew, it said my email was already on file. Tried to retrieve my user name, to my email which they said was in file, I got nothing. The number they say to call goes off line at 4 pm my time. I’ll delete the app.

I have tried every which way to get past creating a password, and cannot get past it. I would like to get this app to control my card, but cannot even initiate the app!

Like others who have reviewed here, I can lo longer log in with my typical TCU account info. The app also has not been updating since I first used it in 2017. The UI is unintuitive and sloppy. An overhaul is badly needed.

Same thing for me. My username/password are correct and continue to get error message. Customer service has not been able to fix or figure out the problem. Have reinstalled the app and restarted my phone to the n’th degree.

I cannot log in. My password is correct but it keeps giving me an error message that account details can’t be retrieved and to try again. I wish I could control this credit card from the the primary TFCU app.
