I have trouble organizing my tasks at work, and the Arena app has made this so much easier! Being able to see how things compare to one another in time and effort helps me better plan out my day.

I’ve always been hesitant to get organizational apps, but a wise friend recommended this one to me, and it’s great. I love it’s flexibility, it’s ability to sync with my calendar, and it’s “motivational” approach through assigning points for productivity. I love playing video games, so this last one is a great way for me to get the same rush from productivity. Give it a shot!

Overall this app packs a ton of productivity and prioritization into a simple and beautifully designed interface. I love the use of size and color to help me understand what I should be doing and when. The fact that it adds projects to your calendar around your meetings is extremely helpful!

When it comes to productivity, this app is a game changer. There is nothing else like it. Traditional to-do lists simply don’t cut it anymore. Arena helps you identify what you need to be working on now to have the biggest impact. That is my favorite part as it allows me to be in control of my day. Using Arena to plan my day the night before has done tremendous things for my productivity. I wake up feeling ready to take on the day, and that is priceless! Well done Thrivner, this is an app every entrepreneur can benefit from!

I’ve been using Arena for a few weeks at work. I don’t use it everyday, but when I do I always appreciate how it forces me to take a step back and choose realistic goals for the day based on time estimates, and in turn forcing me to be more cognizant about prioritizing the right things. Great experience thus far!

A good friend of mine encouraged me to try this App, and once I did I was hooked. This App takes organizing and project management to a whole new level. I especially like how they add a gaming component to it so it actually entices me to get things done and not procrastinate. If you haven’t gotten this app, I would strongly recommend you buy it.

This app really helps keep me focused on the day’s must-dos and enables me to move projects forward in ways other apps haven’t done. Seeing how I can fit the bubbles into my day using the calendar integration is a huge value-add. It has also helped me with household projects, such as getting my house ready to list. And seeing my task bar turn green once I’ve completed the day’s work gives me a happy smile!

Wow, watching my points increase with each completed task is AWESOME! Arena game-ified my project list in the best way. Love it.

It’s a whole new way to see your day, you feel more in control and can more easily think through what needs to be done and when.

Part of me knows what needs to be done, while the other part actually does stuff... and somehow the two parts are never in the same place at the same time. This app is the Arena that somehow lets those two parts of me collaborate - like it manages to gamify my productivity goals in a way that my split brain’s halves can both appreciate and play with. In the time I’ve been using it I’ve made sure it’s kept open at all times while I work and it never fails to keep me chugging forward on the right tasks of the right project at the right time.
