App only contests always say updating status
I’ve never had an app that is frustrated me more than this one because of the problem with not being able to enter any app based contests No matter what I do my status always just says updating status and does not let me enter. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app tons of times I’ve tried different devices. I’ve tried logging in and logging out and logging back in again so many times and they always say updating status and will not let me enter. And it has broke my heart that I cannot enter these contests, even though I am a very loyal listener. Please figure out what’s wrong because it’s not fair for other people to have a chance and not myself. I listen 12+ hours a day and I should have that chance. Thanks
