I bough the premium version so I could remove the water mark, but there are so many glitches blocking me from using basic features that I’m almost tempted to dispute that charge and get my Money back. Absolutely infuriating experience. If these bugs were fixed this app would be amazing and would get 5 stars. Unusable in its current state if you actually want quality thumbnails
I have contacted support three times now and have yet to hear back from you guys. There is so many glitches in program now. My program is up to date. I can’t change texted size, colour and any option on texted. When I go to do something else on my iPad I loose all my work and I have to start over. These glitches are making your app Thumbnail Maker unusable. Either fix the glitches or reimburse me my lifetime app fee. Collette Caza I love this app for the ability to create, however the glitches drove me nuts. If I was working on a thumbnail and went to a different app I lost all my work I had started even though I kept in running in background. My stickers on thumbnails would disappear and if I cropped a picture and added it. When I returned to work on it the crop would be surrounded by white. I was hoping this app would work out for me but sadly I will not be renewing my subscription . I purchased the Thumbnail Maker - Channel Art version. Running iPad (9th generation) iPadOS 16.2
Garbage app! The thumbnails it makes on both its “high res” and “standard res” look terrible even on a phone. Complete scam app don’t buy!

Please do not use this app, it can’t produce a thumbnail with good quality. I wasted money on it
Every time I attempt to save a thumbnail it ends up turning off my phone and I lose all progress, I’m fully up to date with the iPhone 14 and iOS, but still gives slow performance aswell, wouldn’t recommend unless you wish yo deal with the stress of losing progress over and over again
Now I can’t seem to choose my own pictures when I go to create a blank thumbnail, seriously? There is the option in the background section but it’s not the same.
