Thumsters

I love how well my kids respond to this app, we’ve seen a major positive change in their behaviour and routines, especially around getting ready in the mornings, bed time routines and staying in bed, and starting to try new foods at meal times for my picky eaters. It’s simple to use (parenting is convoluted enough without complicated apps to learn!) but rich in features that work so well with our family. I particularly like the reports, and the fact it has a family sharing feature which means my husband and I can share one account on both our phones. Everyone is on the same page, and that constancy makes a huge difference in my opinion!

Constantly hangs so I lose settings, have to kill the app and go back in and redo the work. Great in theory but too frustrating to use. Expect this from a free app, not one I have to pay a subscription for. Looking for an alternative now.

Great update, however there not longer seems to be an apple watch version. The watch version was so helpful in being able to immediately assign thumbs. Often I don’t have my phone in my hand and the kids get grumpy when we argue about how many thumbs they have/don’t have according to our memory! I hope this feature returns!

Wow, what a different child! I’ve started using Thumbsters as I realized I was focusing way too much on my 3 yr old’s bad behavior, and not rewarding the good. Since using the app, she is a different child. She is using manners, is helpful packing up, is listening the first time, and is showing affection - the app even encouraged her to participate in her dance class. She loves touching the screen for a thumbs up, and gets excited to hear the reward sound. This is a photo of her achieving her first goal! Thanks for creating such a helpful app 🤩

We have been using the Thumsters parenting app for a few weeks now and have seen such a change in our daughters behaviours. She now doesn’t argue when it comes to completing small tasks like making her bed and putting her washing in the wash basket. Super happy we aren’t having a battle everyday!

We have been using this app for about a month ago and it has helped us so much with our 3 year old. She consciously is making good decisions and helping around the house! Highly recommend this app to use as a tool!!

This app is amazing for positive reinforcement, we have had the app for awhile now and have noticed a massive difference in our daughters willingness to complete tasks. The visual and fun aspect make chores exciting and easy for parents to set goals and categorise behaviour. Highly recommend.

The interactive ness and ease of using the app makes it exciting for kids, and easy for parents to set reward goals and categorise kids behaviour.

We have been using this app for a few weeks and it has worked wonders with my fussy eating four year old. She has been so excited when she finishes a meal or tries something new she jumps off her seat, shows us her plate and asks me to press the green thumbs up. Highly recommended!

So easy to use and very effective. Such a great way to encourage kids to listen first time, do chores and create get habbits. The thumbs down is also good as it makes their reward harder to get to if they are naughty.
