Fast reflection of your personal well-being
As a person who do many things, I often feel either happy or disapointed about myself in the end of the day. It’s sometimes really hard to determine why since I do a tons of things during the day. With Tibio I can quickly track what activity made me feel good or bad and help me to eliminate activities or bad habbits, that I dont feel that good about. I can see how what I do influence my feelings before I go to sleep and when I wake up - which is for me the two most important moments in my well-being.
