I can’t even log in and it keeps saying incorrect password. I used the exact same password on the website and it works but not the app

Payment always declined for no reason, can’t buy tickets

Using this app to purchase tickets is nightmare.
Can not pay, keep asking login and fail login
Cannot pay Ask login but show 504 error Ask reset and show me unexpected error The app is to show me all the errors? Apple should let the app drop off.
