TickTalk Kids Smartwatch

My brother got one of these and after using Gabb, we found relief! This has good customer service and no problems so far!!!!

Allows me to keep an eye to where my daughter goes. I love the talk to texting part. Messaging page. Hitting the location button on the app and within a minute I have updated location. You can also choose for it to be accurate consistently. The app is very easy to guide through as well

The watch does not show correct location for my child and constantly goes offline at random times. I do not recommend this watch

This this isn’t great and have lots of regret about the purchase of the device and app. They app is super glitchy. I will get a notification of a message and then nothing is there. I just deleted and downloaded the app to see if that worked and it deleted all of my messages. You pay for a “network” data plan, but it is 3G which the towers barely exist anymore. Way better products out there…

I am continuously having connection issues. When I need to call my child, it does not connect.

I am so disappointed. We have had the TickTalk4 for 2 years and it has been wonderful. I just got my 10yo son the ticktalk5 for his birthday and it's terrible. I wish I could just buy him a new ticktalk4. I don't even try to track him anymore because I know it's useless. The phone works, but the tracking feature might as well just not exist. They just rolled out a new app update and Inwas hopeful that would fix it, but it didn't. We are going to start looking at other watches.

The tracking never showed a correct position, always 10-20 miles away. Never work!

I could more easily start my on company and create another watch than get all of this crap together just to start using it while my son is whining because it’s taking longer than an hour to set up, boooo

I just set up the watch with AT&T. It can call&text but gps tracker is acting up. The watch is with me but the gps location is 20 miles away. how does it happen?
