TigerConnect

This app is awesome, and is great for messages that have to be read only once and by one person. I prefer to set a very short time period until it gets deleted, and so it is really good. This possibility should be included in every message service like mail, sms or whatever! Unfortunately there are sometimes Bugs, and after we used this service over a long period like a messenger, The messages suddenly no more appeared on the other system. I don't know what made it hook up, but after some days it worked perfectly again. The second bug is that sometimes after it wasn't used for some days, my message didn' show up on the receipient's iPad And when it finally arrived (the next morning) it was already expired and deleted :) Still an app i can recommend to everyone! Update(16.Feb.2014): please add better support for older OS, while it is working great on the new OS on iPhone 5 it crashes incredibly often on iPhone 4 @ 5.0.1!

please add the feature to where you can react to messages. sometimes it’s much more simple to put a reaction to know you’ve seen the message or as a “response” at least a smiley face option or a thumbs up.

There is a glitch on TigerText that causes the app to suddenly start sending pages for an “unread message” that doesn’t exist. I’ve tried clicking on every message again, having someone else take over the pager and transfer it back, but nothing can be done to get rid of the page. You will be stuck with a pager ringing off indefinitely every couple of minutes, all day and night, until you uninstall the app and redownload it. Once reinstalled, the “new message” will be a message you already read days prior.

Overall good option for HIPAA compliant communication for healthcare teams. I feel like a few of these added features would improve efficent use… 1. Be able to mark messages as unread 2. Pin important messages to the top of a group 3. Be able to schedule out texts for announcements to teams/groups 4. Allow others to acknowledge messages with thumbs up or down without notications to reduce chatter /notifications in groups.

The app keeps notifying the user even after all messages are read. Please fix this! I’ve had to uninstall twice and the bugs keep coming back. Will definitely recommend alternate vendors to the CMO/CFO in the near future.

TigerConnect adds no value. WhatsApp, Signal, iMessage, and Telegram have better encryption and are much easier to use. This app doesn’t even support copy/paste. Photo and video resolution is terrible. They must have had some good connections at TigerConnect to scam their way into all these hospital contracts with such a useless product. They also deleted this review previously; manipulating ratings?

Unread message bug can ruin your call, it keeps being despite all messages being read. Such a pathetic app.

I think the notifications for this app are very overwhelming. When you get one message and you don’t answer right away, you will keep getting a notification every ten seconds letting you know you have a unread message. It’s annoying and unnecessary especially when you’re driving. It’s to the point where I have to turn. My notifications off for this App. Please fix this nuisance.

I still get notifications even when on DND please address this issue it is very frustrating.

Tiger is a dangerous tool. You used to get paged for things like changes in vital signs and not bothered for small things. Now you get tigered for everything. Also glitches all the time. If your CTO brings this up, do the hospital and patients a favor and lock them in a closet somewhere
