I am an independent letting agent, I knew about TIM software as I have worked for a letting agency in the past that used it. When I have started my own business last year, I have looked at other options but ended up going back to TIM. I find their app features, service etc great and easy to use while creating professionally looking reports. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TIM to anyone who’s looking for up to date software with great features and professional service.

We are a independent Lettings report business specialising in Inventories, Checkouts and inspections and have been using The Inventory Manager now for 5 years. TIM has become a integral part of our business, enabling us to produce professional and detailed reports for our customers. I have found the App easy to use and to train new staff with. We often have several clerks utilising one account at the same time and have never encompassed any issues with capacity even over our busy periods. One of the first and easiest decisions I made when I started my independent inventory business was installing the inventory manager app. It is so simplistic to use for novices and can enhance even the most experienced users. Great updates that streamline my work. Some of the features are incredible. All in all a great system and if you have any issues they are dealt with promptly. As a letting agency we always completed handwritten reports with supporting photographs. This app has been brilliant and has really helped improve the professionalism of the inventories. With all new apps it takes a bit of time to get used to it but it’s fairly self explanatory Great value for money and great customer service. Highly recommended.
