The app requires you put in your username and password EVERYTIME you open it. To clock in and out for the day and for lunch is 4 separate logins a day. There needs to be some faster way to log in.

An application that lacks proper Face ID integration and frequently fails to enter punches which requires relaunch and reauthentication due to freezing, should ever have made it out of testing.

Horrible app, doesn’t work some mornings, does not allow me to sign in or clock in… on iphone, macbook, ipad, browser… nothing. Awful

Go to clock in on time just to have the app set there and act like it’s processing. Takes about one minute before it times out and never logs me in. So it constantly has me clocking in late. So the app is pretty much useless

It’s suppose to ping you by location, however yesterday when I clocked in at my job, it pinged me at a location miles away, so I got in trouble. Problem was I was here and was able to use security cameras to show I was here when clocking and this app screwed up, so no I don’t recommend this company or at as it puts your job at risk because it doesn’t work right.

Doesn’t let me clock in it’s a blank screen. People need to read the reviews before making employees use it.

Also the punches list from first to newest on the bottom. To check your punch you have to scroll all the way down. You should change the order so the newest punches are on top. This will save employee time scrolling to verify thier punch

It doesn’t work more than it works. Haven’t been able to use all week. It is a plan white screen.

This app is almost completely useless. The fact that you have to log in every time you need to clock in or out is so stupid. no pin enable or Face ID log in features available, what’s the point of this thing? Why even have an app that’s as incapable as this one? Makes no sense
