TIMEFLIP2: Time&Task tracker

Currently, we have one Timeflip cube in use on one of our machines in production. We have been quite satisfied with its performance and find the data evaluation in Excel to be easy and straightforward. We are interested in integrating more Timeflip2 cubes into our production process where each cube will be allocated to a specific machine.

I just started using the device and I love the simplicity of it. However, I found out that the web app always has the week starting from Sunday while my computer has Monday as the first day of the week and I am used to such format. Is it possible to change? That would lead to 5 stars in my review)

Happy so far with my timeflip, it works as intended. I have one request or recommendation: please add an option to switch off the device binking while tracking while keeping for when it is flipped it to switch tasks. As of now I can only switch everything off at once.

Had some issues at first (the second day I tried to use it, I had to hard reset it because of the “not your device” error) but that hasn’t happened again so I’m still using it. It’s a little fiddly but it’s still handy enough. I’m currently running into 3 issues: 1. The double tap isn’t consistent enough to trust. I usually have to try a few times to make it register and sometimes have to give up and open the app on my phone to do it. That’s a pain because… 2. The app doesn’t consistently reconnect when I start it, no matter how much I shake the device to wake it up. I usually have to force-quit it and start again to make it reconnect. 3. I can’t set anything as billable because once I focus the amount box, I can’t close the numeric keyboard anymore. That means I can’t tap the save button, so everything billable ends up set at $1. If those 3 things were resolved, this would be near perfect for my needs.

Bought in the first place because of the ingenious concept! Secondly, because there is no paid subscription. Update the UI, add tracking without a device and more integrations and then I will give it the maximum rating

ADHD patient here. I saw a timeflip for the first time in one of the YT channels and decided to buy it for myself. If you, like me, can't organize your time with a timesheet and a pen, and neither you like tapping on the mobile app, then this is a great alternative. Yes, their app is not perfect, but the concept itself is very smart! I wish they keep developing it in the future and wait for the updates!

Easy to use and very relaxing app with many colors and textures to choose from. In my opinion, this app is perfect just like it is.

At some point, without warning, my app started teaching hundreds of hours of activity per day. The cause of the issue is still not clear to me. I reached out to tech support. They would take over a week to respond to some of my emails. The tasks you create in the app cannot be removed by any user. They have to get into the backend of your account to remove them. Removing all of my tasks resolved the issue, but it took 2 months before this solution was reached. I think this product and app are great in concept. It is a solution unlike any other. It breaks my heart that execution is so flawed. If I run into this bug again, I will change my rating to a lower star value and recycle my time flip. I cannot afford to have my time tracking fail for months at a time like this.

Great cure for my procrastination. I was never able to accustom myself to the usual time management applications, so Timeflip was a gerat discovery. It's super-simple, you learn it in just a couple of minutes and it's great for building a habit. Have it on my desk all the time now

Very interesting idea and good execution. Add the ability to invoice and export data directly from the app and I'll give you 5 stars!
