Convenient app, but it would be perfect if there’s an option to automatically upload to the app from your photo album since it recognises your baby’s face.

Not able to login with the latest version update

This company billed me one year membership without even informing me that my membership was up for renewal. I was charged automatically without a single notice. There is also no unsubscribe button easily available for customers on the app to unsubscribe to their service. Neither is it available on the web browsers. Their customer service is extremely slow and does not reply to emails about unsubscribe. Be very careful when you purchase premium membership, expect to be left stranded without knowing how to cancel this premium .

Most of the function previously can now cannot example letter, previously can write anytime but now have to be 1 year ago which I quite unless as who will know within this 1 year what will happen.

Recommended for all families with new addition to their families. Allows family members to see/upload/diary privately without exposing to haters on social media. Could improve by making it even more user friendly to set up
