Awesome app for Freelancers and Contractors!!! Highly recommended!!!

Good time tracking

I paid for the minimal upgrade, but converting from free to paid was the only glitch I encountered. I lost my original data me started over. The pros: There are ample options for customizing how you track your time based on billable and non-billable tasks. The tools for analyzing your time allocation per project, including visualization graphs and calendar overviews, is useful but overextends the phone's screen. CONS: One suggestion would be to make the pie chart easier to export via screenshot or as a file; right now, you can't capture the full data breakdown as the screen doesn't scroll and hold (without pressing the screen with other hand - a clunky workaround to this problem) to create a per project pie chart with its "legend" visable on same page. Now, I just print these charts and hope this minor glitch can be adjusted because visual analytics are just one of the many features offered by this easy to use and very functional app. Integrations with Apple shortcuts are very helpful and user-friendly. I've tried more than five time tracking apps, and this is by far the easiest to use, most versatile and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

Good app, but missing things

There should be a specific labeled way to gather reports, like quarterly reports, used in quarterly tax reporting or yearly reports. I have had to figure a way to get these reports on my own!

Does just what I need and then some.

Great app

Ive had this app for about 10 years now. It works great for keeping up on all the different projects I work on. Its great for keeping all my clients info. But the only thing i have had a problem with is when I work night shift it doesn’t seem to want to keep the correct hours. I also have problems with the over time. like work through lunch is 1hour ot and double time on Sundays

Still a great App

I started with this app in 2014. It is 2018 and I am still using it exclusively and love it. It is. Wow Spring of 2021 and I still use the App Daily. It is very easy to use. Update: Still using it Dec of 2021 and no reason to stop. Well here is is now March of 2023 and I would not trade this App for anything in the world. Fantastic for tracking everything. Time, receipts billing travel. It’s now December 2023 and I have been using this app for 9 years. Works well. Easy to navigate and use. This app is well worth your time. Very happy. July of 2024 and I am still using it and I whole heartedly recommend this app. It is one of the best I have ever gotten. I use it daily.

Wish it would combine with something like Contacts Journal!

Works Great!

I rely heavily on this app. There are a few wishes for added functionality I would like to see like: - preventing duplicate entries after synced with calendar when changes are made to that same job in app - other backup to local network/services as FTP was dropped but still appears as option in-app All and all still the best app I have found to keep track of jobs and times! And more detail on analysis reports.
