Very disappointed, no reply from support.
Was a Hipstamatic user before the update some time ago. Missed it a lot. Bought back into the $40 yearly club/plan from Hipstamatic, it’s harder to use now. Decided to purchase TinType additionally for a series of portraits of friends and acquaintances. It doesn’t work. Contacted support… nothing. Ready to contact Apple to file a formal complaint due to misrepresentation on the part of the Hipstamatic. Have sent a couple of emails try to get help with my problem. Does anyone know if they’ve gone out of business? Their phone number seems to have been disconnected. Recommendation… do not purchase. Will update if Hipstamatic does right by me which would indicate they would do right by you also.
