Not worth the time
Downloaded this to work with myT20w. The watch will not connect with the app. I contacted tech support and they want me to pay to troubleshoot the watch. I’ll stick with the original app, thank you.

TINWOO PRO smart band and smart watch can track all-day activity, exercise, sleep. With TINWOO PRO runs on the phone, all data stored in smart band can be transferred to app and stored in the phone.
TINWOO PRO can display daily activity data including steps, calories burned, and distance. TINWOO PRO can show sleep information including start/end time, light sleep time and deep sleep time. With the TINWOO PRO we can set daily activity goals, alarm, and the time for reminders to move. All activity data recorded by TINWOO PRO smart band with HR can be checked on the TINWOO PRO app.
TINWOO PRO also integrates with the Apple Health app, supports the data sharing to Apple Health App which can synchronize exercise and sleep data to Health App after authorization.

No good
Worked on for about 2 months. Will no longer connect to my watch.
Don’t waste your money
I tried endlessly to pair to this app and never succeeded. I tried the other TINWOO app and it was faulty with sending notifications from messages and calls.
Why
I downloaded this app to work with my T20W watch. It would not pair, so I deleted it. Why would you offer an app that doesn’t work with your own device? The non-pro app isn’t that good either. I suggest that you get it together and stop failing to provide good software for your own devices.
