I purchased this game as I’ve really enjoyed playing the other games but this game won’t open on my phone

Tiny Dangerous Dungeons is a great game-the controls are tight, the platforming is satisfying and there are secrets and upgrades everywhere. I just wish there was a little more of it. Even when going after the hidden life fruits that extend your health, You can beat this game in a week. There is a time trial mode and a selection of achievements, but if like me you don't really care about that, then just keep in mind that this isn't exactly an grand, epic adventure. Then again, I'd pick a good, quick game over a bad, long game any day, and at 80p it's an amazing deal. I highly recommend it as a metroidvania in your pocket, but reconsider if you want something you can really sink your teeth into.

Well worth the asking price for such a well-polished little gem. Great chip tune music and the gameboy era graphics are perfect for the metroidvania gameplay. If you're the type of person who thinks they might like this game, then just buy it already, because you will love it. The only detrimental aspect is due to the precision required using a touch screen phone.

Really enjoying playing this retro dungeon exploring game, but it occasionally freezes after dying. Please sort it out..!

Love the game but freezes when you die and have to close the app and open again to start again (doesn't happen every time you die, just most of the time)

This GameBoy-inspired platformer truly is a blast. The controls are smooth, the puzzles simple yet satisfying and the challenge is just the right side of frustrating. Even as someone who owned a GameGear in the murky past, I can't fail to appreciate the retro graphics and chiptunes. I feel slightly churlish only giving it four stars, but it's perhaps not quite as endlessly replayable as, say, Goblin Sword. Nevertheless, this is a minor quibble and anyone after some classic, back-to-basics gaming would be hard pushed to beat this, especially at this price. On a final note, playing on what is now a rather antiquated iPhone 4S, I had none of the crashing issues other buyers have indicated. It worked perfectly to the very end - and I very much enjoyed it. So should you.

Game is a great little platform exploration things. Bugs are not so great. Crashes like a champ.

EVERY TIME I LOSE MY LAST HEART AND OFTEN WHEN I DON'T THE GAME ALWAYS CRASHES AND WHEN IT HAPPENS I HAVE TO CLOSE DOWN THE APP. AND WAIT A WHILE SO THAT ON OPENING IT AGAIN I AM ABLE TO PLAY JUST ONCE MORE UNTIL I LOSE THE LAST HEART SAGAIN ON OPENING IT AGAIN TO PLAY JUST ONCE MORE UNTIL I LOSE THE LAST HEART AND HAVE TO CLOSE THE APPLICATION AND WAIT A WHILE SO THAT WHEN I OPEN IT I CAN......... AND SO THE VICIOUS CIRCLE GOES ON! THE PRICE POINT OF 79p. IS PERFECT! THE FACT THAT THERE ARE NO ADVERTS IS PERFECT! HAVING NO IN-APPLICATION PURCHASES IS PERFECT! IN FACT EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS GAME IS PERFECT AND I WAS THOROUGHLY ENJOYING PLAYING THIS FABULOUS TITLE UNTIL I GOT TO THE PART WHERE I PICKED UP THE THROWING KNIVES/DAGGERS. FROM THAT POINT ON THE GAME TAKES A VERY LONG TIME AT SAVE POINTS AND THE GAME KEEPS CRASHING EVERY TIME I LOSE MY LAST HEART AND OFTEN WHEN I DON'T! PLEASE SORT THIS OUT SO THAT I CAN GET BACK TO THIS BRILLIANT GEM!

Like people below have said, great little game but it crashes when you die and locks up when you recharge your lives. Shame as I can imagine you could make a whole franchise of these games.
