First order placed. Cancelled by app. Piss weak excuse given. Waiting for refund. I’ll never place another order again. Well done Tipple, “You’re cancelled!”.

App has a long history of collecting data from users whether it actually provides a service to that area or not. Be upfront about the service you do or don’t provide, so users can make an informed decision about sharing their data with you. Don’t provide a service? Then don’t misleadingly advertise the potential that you do. Delivery area has remained limited for years. If you’re a local retailer that only delivers locally, be transparent.

This app key feature which should be delivery time is far from what they sell. I ordered a few times with express delivery and it comes so late after (like +2 hours than expected time) so when we most needed the drinks they didn’t come. Please improve your delivery crew if that’s the issue you’re having.

Driver turned up with the drink was then told by door dash (who they use to fulfill the orders) to return to the store and not give me my order. No idea why, I had already paid in full, given him my drivers license? There was no issue on my end and now we have no alcohol for our party, ruined the night. Absolute shambles of a service. And have to wait 2-4 days for my money!

Went through the whole process of creating an account and giving out my info only to find out they don’t deliver in my area.

Great and quick service

Falsely claimed id expired when it had more than another year left, this point is only at pickup, needs to accept all forms of official Australian drivers license.

Consistently does not deliver on time or at all. Don’t even bother downloading, you’ll just end up running a refund.

Everytime I use this app it takes 90 mins to 2 hours to receive my order. There are lots of other alcohol delivery apps that deliver promptly and have a good range and I would recommend any of those over tipple.

I ordered beers and requested a refund after the order had not even been picked at the store after 2 hours. Then I was told I wouldn’t receive a refund to my bank account and would have to buy something within tipple. Everything I have ordered has not even been picked after 2+ hours
