The app doesn’t allow to change flight on the same day and the best part, no customer service or live chat available.

The function to upload documents to submit my clinical examination form from my pet insurance was faulty. My PDF was within the file size of below 10MB but no matter how many times I try , the document just could not be uploaded through the app .

Had trouble logging in via singpass. However, singpass stated that tiq app has alr collected data/ info from singpass. Are the ratings rigged? There’s clearly several UI / technical issues that were unresolved.

The app is modern and easy to use. I bought Etiqa’s travel insurance via the app, and subsequently made two claims after my trip. The claims were approved within a working day and I was transferred the claim amounts as well. Fast, efficient and amazing service.

The app works well in general, layout is ok. However there are two things: 1. Logging in takes quite some time. 2. There is no option to turn off certain notifications or customise them. I want notifications for insurance purchases, expiry (travel insurance), but not how many points I got or whatever else marketing. This IIRC violates AppStore policy. Dev please do something. Review is solely for the app and functionality and not for the insurance.
